Triple O’s is a BC based premium quick service brand, famous for incredibly delicious award-winning burgers, fresh cut Kennebec fries, Secret Triple “O” Sauce and premium hand scooped milkshakes. A great place to visit and a great place to work that always delivers a “Taste Like No Other.”

Pay Range : $55,000 – $65,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Bonus potential of up to $14,000 per year

In addition to day-to-day shift management and administration, General Managers are responsible for :

• Providing overall leadership, establishing a sense of urgency, being a role model for the team
• Working “hands-on” with the team
• Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety
• Demonstrating a “guest first” approach always
• Hiring and training their staff
• Promoting their operation in the local market
• Coordinating in-store promotions
• Developing and meeting financial plans

Requirements

Previous Management experience in the hospitality industry
