Your responsibilities :
- Print invoices, match them with purchase orders
- Account for invoices
- Analyze supplier account statements
- Reconcile expense accounts, match invoices with credit card statements
- Prepare checks
- Perform bank transfers
- File supplier invoices
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to supplier accounts
- Perform customer billing
- Assist with customer deposit collections
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
- Bilingual to communicate with clients or suppliers outside Quebec
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of Acomba is an asset
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Accounting education is an asset
