As a member of the maintenance team and as a new Steelway family member, you will join a diverse, dynamic group of highly motivated individuals that bring with them a wide array of talents, skills, and backgrounds.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide quality operational repairs and preventative maintenance services
• Maintenance of various machines, compressors, mechanical systems, bearings and hydraulics involved in the manufacturing process
• Undertake preventative and predictive maintenance program for equipment
• Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions
• Troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose, and perform maintenance work on all machinery
• Utilize knowledge and skills to recognize opportunities for improvements and savings
