Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts related to eCommerce returns.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Intelcom with clients regarding ecommerce returns management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • In collaboration with our product department, understand client’s needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Intelcom-specific services.
  • Day-to-day troubleshooting of ecommerce return incidents across Intelcom's network
  • Monitor and analyze Intelcom ecommerce returns operations metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • In collaboration with the operations department, implement corrective plans in the event of service breakdowns
  • Work with Intelcom’s forecasting group to define estimate of volume to achieve during high volume season.
  • Stay updated on eCommerce returns management industry policies, trends, and best practices for Intelcom clients.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years in account management, preferably in the eCommerce or logistics industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, specifically with important clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
