Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Data Entry Operator for a 3 months contract in Montréal. This position is a hybrid role (3 Days in Office, subject to change).

Potential for contract extension is possible.

Pay rate : $18.40 - $21.03 / Hour

Shifts : Monday Friday 37.5 hours / week

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Data Entry Operator, your duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Data Entry, setting up client profiles for a process change project and setting up forfeiture account
• Managing files related to account set ups
• Tracking and updating SRF completion status results in an excel File template.
• Updating Group Advantage Sales Listings
• Supporting data entry task supporting our Operational team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French and English - Need to read, write and speak.
• Technical Skills : Sales Platform, Internal Record keeping system, sponsored base, and Excel
• Organization skills
• Time management
• Self-motivated
• Able to work with minimal supervision,
• Able to meet daily / weekly targets
• High attention to detail.

Nice-to-have

• Previous administration experience would be an asset.
• Experience using internal record keeping systems would be an asset.
