Be a part of a spectacular event! As an Event Server with Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel you will create a special event that our Guests will remember. Your ability to work as a team player combined with your service skills and your engaging personality will ensure that our Guests have a memorable experience.

Starting Rate : $16.89 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.89.

This is a seasonal position, we are prioritizing candidates that are able to commit to work from February- October 31st.

Job Duties Include :

• Provide exceptional service to all Guests in a variety of settings including plated and buffet banquets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, working lunches, coffee breaks, cocktail receptions, formal events, and off-site catering events.
• Set event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders, client specifications and service standards. And tear down and clean up following banquet functions.
• Offer a high level of product knowledge and follow up on all Guest inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned
