Senior Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in creative content creation, product marketing, and brand management.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our global brand of portable robots, driving engagement across diverse industries.
You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset, capable of leading a talented team of marketers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including strategies for content marketing, public relations, social media, demand generation, digital marketing, and trade shows.
Ensure alignment with global marketing priorities and internal stakeholders.
Oversee the daily activities of 5+ direct reports, including Digital Strategists, Creative Producers, and other team members.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, including P&L tracking, to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
Plan, execute, and attend marketing and trade-based events, working with team members to achieve strategic objectives.
Ensure consistent deployment and representation of the Deep Trekker brand across all channels, partners, and assets, enhancing brand credibility and recognition.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing plans with sales strategies and activities.
Implement a KPI system to track the performance of marketing activities, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Coordinate and execute product launches and enhancements in collaboration with senior management, sales, and engineering teams.
Provide strong leadership and support to the marketing team, including participation in HR activities such as work planning, performance reviews, hiring, and termination.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in developing and executing brand and product marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on creative content creation.
- In-depth understanding of marketing channels and sales funnels, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience in managing the strategic evaluation and execution of marketing plans, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
- Experience in managing relationships with external partners and agencies.
- Tactical experience in digital marketing, including web development, graphic design, SEO, and social media.
- Creative and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in CMS and CRM systems.
