About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, international engineering projects. You'll own the full project lifecycle from proposal and kickoff through design, procurement, construction / installation, commissioning, and closeout while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and clients across time zones. Experience in the amusement ride industry is a strong asset. Familiarity with Japanese (spoken and written) is an important advantage for supplier and customer interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop and manage project charter, WBS, baseline schedule, cost control, and risk register.
• Drive stakeholder alignment; facilitate effective meetings, status updates, and executive briefings.
• Oversee contracts and procurement (RFPs, vendor selection, change orders, claims).
• Implement robust change management, issue / risk mitigation, and lessons learned.
• Interface with international suppliers and clients; support cultural / language dynamics (Japan experience a plus).
• This job might include some limited international travel.
