Mandatory Education / Certifications : IBA CBAP, PMI-PBA or IIBA AAC

Mandatory Experience :

This position is for an IT business analyst on a project to implement a cloud SaaS solution for our contact centre. The candidate will require the following :

• Significant IT project experience as a business analyst
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Strong communication and customer service skills
