Financial Analyst

In light of our rapid business expansion, abm is seeking a Financial Analyst to support both financial analysis and accounting reporting. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys combining accurate financial reporting (accounting) with analytical insights to support management decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Accounting Reporting

• Prepare monthly management reports (actual vs. budget vs. prior year)
• Conduct variance analysis and provide clear, concise explanations
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses by department and product line
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Assist with cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital analysis
• Support pricing, cost, and margin analysis, including in‑house vs. OEM products
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analysis to support management and strategic initiatives
• Perform full‑cycle accounting tasks

Systems & Process Improvement

Qualifications & Skills

2–5 years of relevant accounting and / or financial analysis experience
