Matchbox Consulting Group is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join one of our esteemed clients in the Lower Mainland.
Our client, known for their dynamic and engaging approach to community development, is embarking on an exciting new project a 650-home master-planned community.
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand experience for purchasers and supporting the Sales Manager across various aspects of the sales office and project.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, acting as the liaison between Sales and other departments, including handling Purchase and Sale Contracts, Customer Deposits, and Closing Documents.
- Communicate and monitor sales extras / options with the Construction Team.
- Track and report on customer traffic through the Home Store.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create and maintain project media calendars.
- Manage social media accounts creatively.
- Assist with website maintenance and updates.
Qualifications :
- Effective administrator with a passion for Sales and Marketing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Spark CRM is a plus.
- Ability to maintain and update websites.
- Post-secondary Certificate or Diploma.
- 1-2+ years of administration or marketing experience.
