You'll play a key role in critical project phases, from Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering to Construction, gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of commodities. We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Site Construction Manager with solid experience in heavy process and industrial projects .

About The Role

• Effectively manage all onsite activities in the delivery of projects to ensure the successful delivery of the project; constructed on time, to budget and in accordance with Ausenco objectives.
• Ensure that the site runs according to project plans with appropriately skilled staff available at the required times to complete construction tasks.
• Unwavering dedication to safety and proven ability to achieve construction deadlines.
• Lead an on‑site team of engineers, supervisors and technical support personnel in completing assigned scope.
• Manage the construction work in accordance with the project schedule and the project budget.
• Maintain a professional and functional relationship with client personnel.
• Ensure industrial relations issues are properly managed and not allowed to escape escalation.
• Key support for the Project Director as a member of the Project Leadership Team.
