Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align supply chain strategies with broader business goals.
- Lead innovation initiatives within the supply chain to drive efficiency, agility, and sustainability.
Logistics & Transportation Management
- Oversee domestic and international logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Drive initiatives to optimize transportation, reduce costs, and improve delivery lead times.
- Build partnerships with carriers and logistics providers to maintain a reliable and efficient supply chain.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Ensure optimal warehouse operations, implementing best practices in warehousing and distribution.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accuracy, reduce excess stock, and ensure adequate stock levels to meet demand.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to optimize warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Asia Operations Management
- Direct and oversee supply chain operations in Asia, including sourcing, supplier partnerships, and compliance.
- Develop strategies to improve vendor relations, quality assurance, and cost efficiency within Asia-based suppliers.
- Ensure robust systems are in place for tracking performance, quality standards, and ethical practices.
Process Optimization & Cost Reduction
- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the supply chain, focusing on cost reductions and process efficiencies.
- Implement advanced technologies and analytics to enhance supply chain planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Benchmark supply chain performance against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and develop a high-performing, collaborative supply chain team, emphasizing cross-functional integration.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
- Coach, mentor, and develop supply chain leaders and emerging talent within the team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics, warehousing, inventory, and international operations.
- Proven track record of leading global supply chain teams and driving transformative supply chain improvements.
- Strong understanding of supply chain technologies, including ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with Asia-based supply chain operations and supplier management preferred.
