General Description : A light duty cleaner is generally responsible for cleaning tasks including but not limited to hard surface floor cleaning, carpeted area vacuuming, dusting, cleaning washrooms and kitchenettes, and the collection of garbage and recycling.

Schedule Hours : Part Time Hours

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming mall floors and common areas
• Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the mall
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
• Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces (elevators, handrails, door handles, etc.)
• Maintain the cleanliness of food court areas, entrances, escalators, and elevators
• Respond promptly to spill or other hazards to ensure safety
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor immediately
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Ensure all cleaning and maintenance work meets quality and safety standards
• Additional duties as required.

Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
