Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Selkirk, MB, for a Parts Specialist. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and procuring the right automotive parts, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include managing inventory, maintaining relationships with customers, handling orders efficiently, and ensuring the timely delivery of parts. The role calls for strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver excellent support to clients and build rapport.
• Inventory Management and Inventory Control experience for accurate tracking, stocking, and organization of parts and materials.
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to clearly interact with customers, team members, and vendors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and prior experience in a similar role are considered an asset.
• Basic computer skills for database management and order processing systems.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
