THE ROLE
As the Strategy Coordinator , you’ll work closely with the Director of Strategy to craft innovative marketing strategies.
If you’re in the early stages of your marketing career and eager to learn and grow, this role offers the chance to think deeply about how and why people connect with brands and content.

- A strong interest in the world around you : from pop culture to social platform innovations, brand campaigns, and more you’re in your element sharing your opinions about what works from a strategic mindset
- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Organized with a critical attention to detail that puts those around you at ease, creating a smooth and efficient workflow
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digging deep into research and data analysis ( eg. competitive analysis, consumer journey mapping, etc ) to connect the dots and develop fresh insights that support brand, marketing, campaign, and content strategies
- Support strategic projects by coordinating, organizing, and sharing information clearly and concisely
- Support efforts to understand our client’s goals, challenges, and dreams for their brand
- Assist in the development of strategy presentations and creative briefs
- Collaborate with IF colleagues as needed to provide strategic support
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new creative ideas and campaigns
- Provide meeting support as needed : sharing agendas with the team ahead of time, recapping notes, and following up afterwards with next steps
- Come to work with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or college diploma; a focus in business or marketing helps
- Previous marketing experience is a bonus, but not required
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- You’re a great communicator who can share your thoughts clearly and concisely
