PositionOverview :
We are seeking ahighly experienced and strategic Senior Manager PerformanceMarketing with a minimum of 10 years of experience preferably inthe iGaming industry.
As the Senior Manager you will be responsiblefor developing and implementing performance marketing strategiesacross all Blazesoft brands.
This role requires expertise inmanaging multimillion budgets to drive customer acquisition revenuegrowth and optimize return on investment (ROI) for ourbrands.
MainResponsibilities :
- Develop andimplement comprehensive performance marketing strategies for allBlazesoft brands focusing on customer acquisition revenue growthand ROI optimization.
- Oversee theplanning execution and optimization of performance marketingcampaigns across various channels such as paid search paid socialdisplay advertising and affiliate marketing tailored to eachBlazesoft brand.
- Lead a team ofperformance marketing specialists providing guidance mentorship andfostering a collaborative and highperforming workenvironment.
- Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including brand managers analytics andcreative teams to align performance marketing initiatives withoverall marketing and businessobjectives.
- Conduct indepth marketresearch competitor analysis and customer segmentation within theiGaming industry to identify target audiences and informperformance marketing strategies for Blazesoftbrands.
- Utilize datadriven insightsand analytics to monitor campaign performance track key metrics andidentify opportunities for optimization and improvement specific toeach Blazesoft brand.
- Optimizeperformance marketing campaigns through continuous testingtargeting and creative optimization leveraging your iGamingexpertise to drive maximum ROI and conversion rates for eachbrand.
- Collaborate with creativeteams to develop compelling ad creative landing pages and messagingthat align with brand guidelines and resonate with the targetaudience of each Blazesoftbrand.
- Manage and optimizeperformance marketing budgets for all Blazesoft brands ensuringefficient allocation of resources and delivering measurable resultswithin budget constraints.
- Stayuptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and bestpractices within the iGaming space and apply this knowledge todrive innovation and maintain a competitive edge for Blazesoftbrands.
Requirements :
- Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. Amasters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of10 years of experience in performance marketing. Experience in theiGaming sector is preferred.
- Proventrack record of developing and implementing successful performancemarketing strategies andcampaigns.
- Experience in managingand optimizing multimillion performance marketing budgetsallocating resources effectively and demonstrating measurableROI.
- Strong leadership skills withthe ability to inspire and motivate a team drive collaboration andachieve business objectives.
- Indepthknowledge of performance marketing channels platforms and tacticsincluding paid search paid social display advertising and affiliatemarketing.
