Position Overview
We’re looking for a Social Worker to join our Early Psychosis Intervention Team. The Social Worker will provide recovery-oriented support to individuals aged 14–35 experiencing a first episode of psychosis, for a duration of up to three years. They will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical care within the Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) program.
The Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) program provides standardized, evidence-based treatment through a coordinated care model – the NAVIGATE Program for Early Psychosis Intervention. This position specifically focuses on the Supported Education and Employment (SEE) component of NAVIGATE, helping clients pursue educational and vocational goals as part of their recovery journey.

Status : Permanent full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Note, this posting is for an active vacancy.
Salary : $66,097.08 - $77,761.28 annually. (Candidate qualifications will be considered when determining the starting salary)
Location : This position is based out of 60 West Dr, Brampton. Although we operate within a hybrid workplace model, staff are required to have on-site and / or community presence as per program and client needs.
