General Factory Helper/Driver

We are a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturer of Custom-Built Central Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Equipment based in Cambridge, Ontario.

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent General Factory Helper / Driver to join our team.

Responsibilities: Lift, move, and position parts manually or using a forklift. Operate grinders, drill presses, and other powered hand tools.

Use tape measures, squares, hammers, and other standard hand tools.

Assist in basic sheet metal fabrication tasks as required.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Perform general labour duties across various departments as assigned.

Driver Duties: Safely operate company vehicles for parts pickup, deliveries, and transport needs; ensure accurate completion of driving-related tasks and follow all road safety and company driving policies.

• Skills and Experience: Experience in sheet metal fabrication (asset). Experience operating grinding tools and drill presses.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Ability to read blueprints (asset).

High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling components.

Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsible, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship.

Must be able to work scheduled hours and follow company policies, including timekeeping.

Valid drivers licence with a clean driving record is required for driving duties .
