Dean Leadership and Vision
Reporting to the Vice‑President Academic and Provost, the Dean will provide strategic, collaborative, and inspirational leadership to the School. The Dean will lead visionary leadership across three core priority areas : Culture and People, Revenue Growth and External Engagement, and Research and Teaching Excellence. They will foster an inclusive, collaborative, and transparent environment; lead strategic advancement to grow the School’s reputation and resources; and champion interdisciplinary research and ethical business education. With a strong commitment to equity, Indigenization, and global impact, the Dean will guide Gustavson’s next chapter of innovation, engagement, and purpose‑driven leadership.
