What you will do:

· Provide an outstanding customer experience and show a professional image.

· Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.

· Greet customers at the service center.

· Accompany clients according to there needs.

· Complete billing

· Support technicians during the installation of TAG systems and for repairs.

· Ensure customer satisfaction at every steps

· Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment - health and well-being of our employees is important to us!

What you’ll need?

· A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service is a definite asset

· Hold a valid drivers’ license

· Bilingualism, an asset

· Be ready to commute from one service center to another within a radius of 20km
