Alteo is looking for an IT Manager for a permanent position based in Montreal.

Working closely with the CIO, the IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure and ensuring the effective implementation and management of IT services. This role requires a strategic leader who can align IT goals with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and support innovation through technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Help create and execute the IT strategy and build effective initiatives that support the company goals
  • Manage and lead the IT Team by providing clear direction and objectives, support, mentoring and coaching
  • Establish performance objectives, KPI’s and targets
  • Oversee the maintenance and development of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networking, hardware, software, and cloud services
  • Ensure the security of IT systems and data, implementing best practices for data protection and compliance
  • Analyze and coordinate IT projects, create timelines, establish budgets and drive constant improvements
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Engage with other managers to align IT strategy with business goals, demonstrating strong business acumen
  • Handle escalated support issues as required

Profile:
  • DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
  • 5-10+ years in IT roles
  • 3+ years in a management position with a focus on networking, software, hardware, cloud, and systems infrastructure
  • Ability to align IT initiatives with business goals
  • Knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and compliance standards
  • A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, with a focus on promoting and fostering internal talent
  • Flexibility to respond to changing technology and business needs, with the ability to identify these needs and implement improvements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le CIO, le Directeur TI sera responsable de superviser l'infrastructure technologique de l'organisation et d'assurer la mise en œuvre et la gestion efficaces des services de TI. Ce poste requiert un leader stratégique capable d'aligner les objectifs informatiques sur les objectifs commerciaux, d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et de soutenir l'innovation par le biais de la technologie.

Responsabilités :

  • Contribuer à la création et à l'exécution de la stratégie informatique et mettre en place des initiatives efficaces qui soutiennent les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Gérer et diriger l'équipe informatique en fournissant une orientation et des objectifs clairs, en apportant un soutien, un mentorat et un coaching.
  • Fixer des objectifs de performance, des indicateurs clés de performance et des cibles.
  • superviser la maintenance et le développement de l'infrastructure informatique de l'entreprise, y compris le réseau, le matériel, les logiciels et les services en nuage
  • Assurer la sécurité des systèmes informatiques et des données, en mettant en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en matière de protection des données et de conformité.
  • Analyser et coordonner les projets informatiques, créer des calendriers, établir des budgets et apporter des améliorations constantes.
  • Communiquer les concepts techniques aux parties prenantes non techniques

Profil :

  • DEC/BAC en informatique ou équivalent
  • 5-10+ années d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information
  • 3+ années dans un poste de gestion avec un accent sur le réseau, le logiciel, le matériel, le nuage et l'infrastructure des systèmes.
  • Capacité à aligner les initiatives informatiques sur les objectifs de l'entreprise
  • Connaissance des protocoles de sécurité, de la gestion des risques et des normes de conformité
  • Un état d'esprit proactif et orienté vers la croissance, avec un accent sur la promotion et l'encouragement des talents internes.
  • Flexibilité pour répondre à l'évolution des besoins technologiques et commerciaux, avec la capacité d'identifier ces besoins et de mettre en œuvre des améliorations.
  • Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite pour collaborer avec les parties prenantes.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse pour résoudre les problèmes.
