Job description

Vos responsabilités Fournir un support technique, en personne et à distance, pour les postes de travail, les imprimantes, les appareils mobiles et autres équipements TI.

Déployer, configurer et mettre à jour l’équipement informatique des employés au bureau local (ordinateurs, moniteurs, claviers, souris, casques).

Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels, logiciels et de connectivité réseau de base.

Installer et mettre à jour les logiciels sur les postes.

Gérer les demandes via le système de billetterie NinjaOne.

Collaborer avec l’équipe de coordination TI pour escalader les problèmes complexes.

Documenter les interventions et maintenir à jour les procédures internes.

Contribuer à la gestion et à la mise à jour de l’inventaire TI.

Respecter et promouvoir les politiques et normes de sécurité informatique de l’entreprise.

Profil recherché Formation : DEC/DEP en informatique ou formation équivalente.

Expérience : 5 ans dans un rôle similaire.

Bonne connaissance des environnements Windows 11.

Familiarité avec Microsoft 365 et Active Directory.

Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.

Connaissance de la configuration de FortiToken et du dépannage du VPN FortiClient (un atout) .

Excellentes aptitudes en communication et service à la clientèle.

Autonomie, adaptabilité, rigueur et souci du détail.

Maîtrise des langues anglaise et française (parlée et écrite).

  • ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your Responsibility Provide technical support in person and remotely for workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.

Deploy, configure, and update employee IT equipment within the local office (computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets).

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.

Install and update software on workstations.

Manage requests via the NinjaOne ticketing system.

Collaborate with the IT coordinator team to escalate complex issues.

Document interventions and keep internal procedures up to date.

Contribute to the management and updating of the IT inventory.

Comply with and promote the company’s IT security policies and standards.

This role could be for you if you have: Education: DEC/DEP in Computer Technology or equivalent training.• Experience: 5+ year in a similar role.

Good knowledge of Windows 11 environments.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of FortiToken setup and FortiClient VPN troubleshooting (asset).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Autonomy, adaptability, rigor, and attention to detail.
