Downtown, Toronto (Mostly remote, only in office when needed) Typical Day in Role
- The contractor will be given a list of material to work through and will need to connect with their report to with any missing / outstanding info
- Working through current training material to ensure information is accurate and relevant
- Ensuring training links are correct and branding are up to date
- Scheduling training calls and meetings with the appropriate contacts
- Facilitating training calls for a large group of employees
Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills :
- 1-2 Years Experience as a Communications Specialist (or similar position)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience with Adobe Standard (familiar with converting files)
- Prior SharePoint Experience
Nice-To-Have Skills :
- Bilingual English / French
- Prior Banking / FI Experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Estate and Trust planning
