Job Description
SES & technologies ltd. seeks the services of an Assistant Sales Manager, for full-time employment. You will be working as part of our sales team, carrying out the following activities:
- Preparing invoices and quotes.
- Maintaining SES’s customer database.
- Preparing and checking sales contracts and amendments (based on templates).
- Respond to customer service, sales and support inquiries, both written and over the phone.
- Participate in preparation of sales and marketing materials.
- Assist in various other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Well organized, efficient and, especially, meticulous.
- Acceptable written and spoken French.
- Very good knowledge of English due to documentation and communications with customers who are about 95% outside Quebec
- At ease with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Strong basic math skills (such as calculation of percentages).
- Like to learn.
Other assets
A good science background, knowledge of other languages, and software programming skills are all considered advantages, but are not required.
