Hey there! We’re Easy A Media, an Ads, Creative & CRO eCommerce agency based in Vancouver, Canada.
We're on the hunt for a per-account-basis Facebook Ads Growth Strategist to join our team. Your mission? To collaborate closely with our existing ad strategists and media buyers in scaling Shopify brands into multiple 6 & 7-figures.
Important! As much as we love growth & development, if you do NOT have direct experience working with Shopify brands, unfortunately, this role is not for you But if you do
Easy A Media currently manages 20+ brands with over $1,000,000 a month in active ad spend. However, our strategists are maxed out.
So, if we’re going to continue to bring on great brands and accelerate their growth, we will need a new strategist and team leader to join our talented team.

The purpose of the Facebook Ads Growth Strategist Role at Easy A Media is to master the market and your client’s products.
Armed with this knowledge, you'll devise and execute plans to drive profitable & predictable growth for our Shopify brands with Paid ads & CRO.
As a Strategist at Easy A Media, you possess an overwhelming stack of evidence & a proven track record that demonstrates your ability to grow Shopify brands.
You're a leader who knows how to push a team to be at its best and step in wherever needed to ensure success. Due to your experience & advanced skillset, you're never short of ideas and can navigate challenges with ease.
Your maturity & humility as a Strategist is your greatest trait. You take full responsibility for outcomes and give credit where it's due.
Your active purpose at Easy A Media is to build strategic roadmaps for our clients and orchestrate our team to meet expectations at all costs.
Your Responsibilities at The Agency?
- Lead & perform in-depth market research weekly for your clients.
- Collaborate with copywriters to deliver well-strategized ads.
- Manage Facebook media buying up to 5 clients (then oversee media buyers).
- Provide updates to clients weekly & lead monthly strategy calls.
- Contribute a minimum of 1 research-backed ad concept per week.
- Analyze the client's customer journey for improvement opportunities.
- Monitor team & client KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
- Review ads with the team to maintain Easy A standards.
- Communicate directly with clients for tactical feedback.
- Attend weekly team calls to review performance.
- Complete weekly ad analysis & review sessions.
