Our client is seeking a skilled Operations Officer for a long term role. In this position, you will utilize your strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ability to manage high volumes of work to support critical business functions.
This is a hybrid positions with 2-3 days in office.
Pay rate : $20.05 / hr
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am-5pm

Responsibilities
- Following instructions of data classification / retention
- Will take specific actions to remediate data, working with multiple shared drives
- High level analysis what documents to be disposed / keep
- Implement correct data classification
- Daily- working on a specific shared drive and list.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE :
- Proficiency with excel
- Data entry 1 plus years
- Banking experience
- Meeting SLA’s
- Experience having dealt with customer information (confidential information).
- Customer service experience
NICE TO HAVE :
- Previous experience in risk management
- Post-Secondary education is an asset
