Join us as a Commercial Electrical Supervisor in Vancouver to lead and grow our field teams. This is not a standard 7‑4 role; we seek someone with an internal drive, high standards, and a genuine care for the team and clients.

You are a seasoned expert in commercial electrical work, comfortable with complex projects, and able to explain technical details clearly. You care about quality and do not cut corners. Your drive for excellence shows in everything you do.

Key Objectives

Field Leadership & Oversight

• Oversee all foremen and field staff across multiple active job sites.
• Set clear expectations around quality, safety, productivity, and professionalism.
• Regularly visit job sites to review progress, workmanship, and site conditions.
• Support foremen with planning, sequencing, problem solving, and crew management.
• Step in on site as needed to resolve technical issues or support critical phases of work.
