Tasks
- Cleanand sanitize items such as dishwasher mats carts and waste disposalunits
- Load buspans andtrays
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishesglassware and flatware
- Place dishes in storagearea
- Replenish condiments and other supplies attables and serving areas
- Package takeoutfood
- Stock refrigerators and saladbars
- Use manual and electrical appliances toclean peel slice and trim foodstuffs
- Handle andstore cleaning products
- Receive unpack andstore supplies in refrigerators freezers cupboards and otherstorage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage andtrash
- Sweep mop wash and polishfloors
- Wash peel and cut vegetables andfruit
