Sales Growth : Meet or exceed sales growth targets for your assigned territory as determined by management, based on territory size and potential.
Account Profiling and Penetration : Profile and penetrate prioritized accounts selected by management. Engage with higher-ranked targets while ensuring all identified prospects are approached to generate new or increased business.
Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, identifying needs across various departments and delivering exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and growth.
Proactive Engagement : Proactively engage with the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries to understand market trends and client needs, positioning our products and services accordingly.

Collaboration : Regularly liaise with local station operations and customer service teams, to ensure client needs are met and support overall territory growth.
Reporting and Documentation : Submit a comprehensive weekly report to your supervisor detailing appointments, telephone prospecting activities, focus on targeted companies, competition insights, and other relevant industry updates. Document all sales activities in the World Courier CRM platform.

Participation in Events : Attend and actively participate in trade shows, seminars, and sales meetings to network with industry professionals and promote our services.
Project and Opportunity Management : Take a proactive approach to identify and pursue new projects, opportunities, and verticals that align with our business objectives.
