bSales Representative (Commission-Based) – Healthcare AI

bDocula | Remote | Commission Only

About Us

We are an AI startup helping medical organizations process clinical documents faster and smarter. Our platform achieves 95% extraction accuracy and serves medical expert witness firms, Independent Review Organizations, and healthcare providers in the U.S.

We’re looking for a driven sales professional to help us grow. This is a 20% commission role with no cap, perfect for someone with healthcare or legal-medical connections who wants to build something meaningful while earning based on results.

What You’ll Do

Source and close new clients in the medical-legal and healthcare space
Run product demos and articulate our value to decision-makers
Build relationships with IROs, expert witness firms, and insurance companies
Shape our go-to-market strategy alongside the founding team

You're a Great Fit If You Have

B2B sales experience (healthcare, SaaS, or legal-medical preferred)

An existing network in healthcare administration or insurance

Strong communication skills and a consultative approach

Compensation

20% commission on closed deals

Recurring commission on usage-based accounts

Uncapped earning potential
