Location : Various locations across Alberta

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided within the healthcare practice, ensuring that standards are met and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of clinical processes and patient care outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality of care.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop action plans for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on quality metrics for leadership review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field; certification in quality management preferred.
  • Experience in quality assurance or improvement in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
