Strong market insight into Canadian residential and construction sectors. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing; MBA is a plus. - Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet revenue targets.
- Identify market opportunities and expand customer base through strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, distributors, and HVAC contractors.
- Set sales targets and KPIs, ensuring team accountability and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
