Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination : Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
• Communication and Collaboration : Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA, to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
• Provide regular updates to management on project status, highlighting any issues or risks.
• Quality Assurance : Support quality assurance activities by coordinating testing schedules and tracking defect resolution.
• Risk and Issue Management : Identify and document project risks and issues, working with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
• Escalate critical issues to management as needed.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
