We are excited to welcome a bi‑lingual Trainer with expertise in security systems and fire products to support our rapidly growing Canadian branches (Toronto, Montreal, Calgary) and our valued customers. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities. This position also offers the chance to travel across Canada and occasionally to the United States to deliver impactful training sessions.

As a technical expert and facilitator, the Trainer will play a key role in empowering internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities include designing and delivering compelling training programs, building testbeds and demo panels for TX3 access control and fire products, and creating application guides and video content for Mircom Learn. This role also involves resolving escalated technical issues, partnering with engineering and production teams, and contributing to product development initiatives.

We are seeking someone based in the Greater Toronto Area who is comfortable working independently, while staying closely connected and collaborative with multiple departments. Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver training sessions for TX3 and Secutron fire products.
• Develop training schedules and manage an online learning center.
• Create TX3 training video content using AI tools, following departmental templates and processes for live training and Mircom Learn.
• Build demo panels and application guides for TX3 products.
• Resolve escalated cases from technical support, sales, and internal / external groups.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and engineering teams to address hardware / software issues.
• Assist with product roadmap development and support sales teams with RFQs.
• Troubleshoot technical field issues and communicate effectively with service departments.
• Train internal employees on the TX3 product portfolio.
• Create fire and TX3 product demo panels.
• Develop internal and field application guides for TX3 products.
• Work with the production team to resolve production / hardware issues.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve hardware / software issues and support new feature implementation across fire and TX3 product lines.
• Partner with engineering and test departments to resolve test and product‑related issues.
• Work with the RMA department to resolve hardware issues and perform deeper component‑level testing and analysis.
• Support the Product Management team with product roadmap initiatives.
• Assist sales teams with RFQs.
• Troubleshoot and support technical field issues, while communicating internal issues to the service department.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and procedures.
