Full Desk Recruiter
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. The role is focused on Business Development and Sales, with a strong emphasis on continuous recruiting to build and maintain a robust candidate matrix.
Your primary responsibilities will include filling job orders with urgency and accuracy while maintaining high profitability.
You will be expected to quickly and efficiently fill job orders daily, requiring excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
This role involves interviewing candidates, filling job orders, and finding positions for the most qualified candidates through consultative selling techniques.
Persistence and effective communication are key to success in this position.

Education / Experience :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Recruiting and sales experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
