Role
They are seeking a Head of Finance to lead and elevate the finance function across multiple business lines. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the COO, this individual will play a key strategic role in scaling systems, strengthening processes, and driving financial performance as the organization continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full‑cycle accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage audits and tax filings.
- Provide financial analysis, KPIs, and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with operations to optimize costing, job profitability, and capital planning.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team while continuously improving processes and systems.
