Job descriptionPost-secondary Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline Must be reliable, responsible, punctual, confident, resilient, and courageous to do what is right Ability to adapt to changing priorities and activities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment Proficiency with PC (working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Attention to detail with accurate data entry Self-motivated with strong organizational, multitasking, interpersonal and administrative skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team in an office setting Proficiency in verbal and written English 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred Excellent oral and written communication. Spoken and literate with Mandarin / Cantonese for foreign communication is an asset Training or working experience with SAGE300, D365, EDI, and Retail Link is a plus. Being familiar with ACCPAC and WMS systems would be an asset Possess relevant accounting experience is an asset Expected Hourly Wage : to Statements : A candidate’s experience and knowledge may influence the pay they receive for this position Full group benefits including Medical, Dental, Life insurance Paid Vacation and Paid Statutory Holidays Employee Family Assistance Program Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP)

Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is one of the leading importers and distributors of Asian food products from the Pacific Rim and other regions of the world. We are currently expanding to include Sales Admin & Account Receivable Coordinator in our Sales Administration Department.
Position Summary :
The Sales Admin & Account Receivable Coordinator reports to the National Sales Admin Manager and plays an important role as part of a team dedicated to excellent administrative service. The ideal candidate should provide good support to all accounts receivable (AR) and sales administrative (SA) duties, support and coordinate office operations to Sales, Accounting and Warehouse Department.
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and support SA and AR teams to comply with Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
- Work closely with SA teams to ensure operation consistency across regions
- Ensure and improve period end process and inventory count runs properly and timely
- Coordinate closely with AR teams and SA teams in daily operation
- Support invoicing and AR related duties
- Provide training to sustain SA & AR daily operation
