Robert Half is recruiting a Recruitment Manager for our client in South Burnaby. The Recruitment Manager will lead a team of 7 Recruitment Associates while managing the full recruitment process for offices across Canada. Responsibilities:

Leading a Team of 7 -10 Recruitment Associates

-Distributing recruitment requests to team members

-Oversea recruitment reports and stats

-Full cycle recruitment of senior roles

-Leading but also meeting own recruitment targets, this role is in leadership but also responsible for recruitment requests

-Overseeing in person and virtual career fairs

-Performance management, metrics management

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

-CPHR Designation or working towards Designation

-HR Education

-5-10 years experience in a Recruitment Leadership role

-Strong with task delegation but also happy to be a Producer

-Results driven leader

- Must work in office 100% of time
