What You’ll Do
Develop new customer relationships while expanding business with existing accounts in TerracePromote and sell rental and purchase solutions for compact and heavy construction equipmentActively identify and pursue new opportunities through site visits, referrals, and networkingConduct jobsite assessments, equipment demonstrations, and customer presentationsPrepare quotes, rental agreements, and sales ordersMaintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM recordsCollaborate with service, rental, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceRepresent Williams Machinery as a trusted equipment partner in the local marketWhat You Bring
3–5 years of B2B sales experience (equipment, construction, or industrial experience preferred)Strong communication, relationship‑building, and closing skillsComfortable working independently in a regional marketResults‑driven mindset with a customer‑first approachValid driver’s license and comfort with local travelBased in or willing to relocate to Terrace, BCOur Values
