Production Team Members

Brampton, ON (Mississauga Rd & Steeles)

$17.60 per hour

Shifts available :

Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
Afternoon Shift : 3 : 30 PM – 11 : 30 PM

Fuze HR is recruiting Production / Returns Team Members for a high-volume packaging and co-pack facility in Brampton. You’ll be part of a clean, safe, and fast-paced GMP production setting that values teamwork, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Perform packaging, sorting, and assembly tasks according to work orders and procedures

Inspect materials, count parts, and ensure product quality

Operate material handling and packaging equipment safely

Support team leads in meeting Safety, Quality, and Efficiency (SQE) goals

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Minimize waste and rework through accuracy and consistency

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or team leader

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging (GMP experience is an asset)

Good communication and basic math skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for long periods (6–8 hours per shift)

Able to lift up to 25 kg / 50lbs (intermittently)

Comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, and light manual work
