Job Summary
As the Vice President of Portfolio Selling , reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and delivering exceptional client service.
Your success in this role will rely on your ability to apply tactical and non-tactical sales expertise, analytical insights, superior communication, and leadership skills to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
Leveraging your extensive market knowledge and experience, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth while building strong client relationships.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Vice President of Portfolio Selling , we'd ask you to do the following for us :
- Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively position and sell a range of products or services to our top clients.
- Build Portfolio Strategy : Work with crucial sector leads, Sales Leads, SAG, the CGO, and the COO to identify and build a ground-up strategy to support the growth of our existing portfolio.
Providing tailored solutions and value-added services to address client requirements.
- Establish Strong Relationships : Your role will involve working as a trusted advisor to build relationships with key stakeholders within our existing, enterprise-wide, high-profile accounts.
- Portfolio Analysis and Optimization : Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive landscape and strategy to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Develop recommendations for product / service enhancements or modifications to align with market demands and changing client needs.
- Sales Process Management : Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Executive Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports to senior management to ensure sales performance meets targets.
Utilize data-driven insights to forecast sales projections, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Contract Negotiations : Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.

Here's how we'll know you'll be successful in the role :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 15 years of experience in senior sales roles working in complex and matrixed organizations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines efficiently and effectively.
