Residential Property Administrator

Our client is seeking to add a strong administrator to their Property Management team in Edmonton. This role calls for someone who excels in a busy environment and who has the ability to support multiple departments and requests.

Your success will be defined by your ability to :

  • Liaise with team members on all purchase order requirements.
  • Be the first point of contact for Accounts Payable questions and review.
  • Assist tenants with accounting questions and concerns and work closely with the property accounting team.
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable and collection process.
  • Pre-screen potential tenants and oversee the security deposit accounts.
  • Complete monthly reports for the property management team.
  • Manage contracts, leases, and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

  • 3+ years within a similar position.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and technical skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in conflict de-escalation.
