Job description1 year to less than 2 years in welding operations On site – Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote option. Work site environment : dusty, hot, noisy, dirty Repair Operate manual or semi‑automatic, fully automated welding equipment Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and / or specifications Operate manual or semi‑automatic flame‑cutting equipment Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines Fit, braze and torch‑straighten metal Determine weldability of materials Operate previously set‑up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment Operate machines and equipment Install machinery and equipment Plan repair work to be performed TIG welding MIG welding Custom fabrication Truck repair Machinery or equipment repair Truck‑trailer repair Fast‑paced environment Repetitive tasks Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Manual dexterity Attention to detail Hand‑eye coordination Sitting Standing for extended periods Steel‑toed safety boots Safety glasses / goggles Gloves Face shield Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Organized Team player Punctuality Hardworking Entry level Full‑time Management and Manufacturing Fabricated Metal Products
