As Executive Director, Global Partnerships, you and your team of 25 will serve as a hub for partners, as you work to increase international partnerships and provide for transformative student learning experiences.
In addition to your track record of forging and executing on international priorities, you bring a proactive, culturally sensitive, results-focused approach.
You are highly diplomatic, authentically collaborative and bring an understanding of how to work across a complex post-secondary in terms of championing and advancing a vision for internationalization initiatives.
In short, you are an entrepreneur and intrapreneur in equal measure. Global Relations / Partnerships, International Recruitment and International Credential Evaluation Services are all key pillars of the department.
The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $206,000, plus additional elements of compensation. Placement within a salary band is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.
This role will be based out of BCIT’s main campus in Burnaby, BC.
