You will be responsible for completing various activities, which are not limited to minor repair and maintenance in the following areas : plumbing, carpentry, interior / exterior paint, drywall, electrical, heating / cooling, and more.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Service clients in a polite and professional manner Gather required tools and supplies specific to the job / repair Move furniture, equipment, conduct plumbing, drywall, painting, HVAC repairs Maintain client data & update work order information Order supplies and equipment Must be able to work independently while managing time / changing service schedules Perform tasks within service guidelines and seek appropriate approval for safety-sensitive situations Other duties as required per business needs.

• SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS : Excellent customer service and listening skills; Must be able to use job-related tools and equipment with ease;
• Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to effectively analyze, plan, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines;
• Good understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act; EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Previous related experience considered an asset;
