Job Description / Duties
- Manage all marketing and branding initiatives
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital channels, and communications
- Manage the brokerage’s brand presence, reputation, and messaging in the marketplace
- Work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads
- Create marketing materials and tools that support producers in prospecting and closing business
- Coordinate lead generation activities, including digital campaigns, email marketing, and targeted outreach
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and lead quality
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for products, programs, and growth initiatives
- Oversee content creation including website updates, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and collateral
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, or agencies as needed
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with growth priorities
- Act as the central point of contact for all marketing and branding projects
Qualifications / Required Skills
3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related roleProven ability to manage multiple marketing projects from concept to executionStrong understanding of lead generation, campaign execution, and brand managementExcellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skillsPreference for those with experience in the insurance industry (either personal lines or commercial lines)Additional Information
