Job Description / Duties

• Manage all marketing and branding initiatives
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital channels, and communications
• Manage the brokerage’s brand presence, reputation, and messaging in the marketplace
• Work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads
• Create marketing materials and tools that support producers in prospecting and closing business
• Coordinate lead generation activities, including digital campaigns, email marketing, and targeted outreach
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and lead quality
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for products, programs, and growth initiatives
• Oversee content creation including website updates, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and collateral
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, or agencies as needed
• Partner with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with growth priorities
• Act as the central point of contact for all marketing and branding projects
