About The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Director, Product, you'll be driving strategy, discovery, and delivery across key domains such as clinical, culinary and procurement outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned domain area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and resource constraints
• Conduct deep customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, Sales, CX, and SMEs.
• Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and product priorities.
• Lead go-to-market readiness and collaborate with Marketing and Sales enablement.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and roadmapping / prioritization tools (e.g., value vs. effort, this-or-that analysis).

What You Bring

Compensation

$80,000‑$120,000 USD per year; $85,000‑$125,000 CAD per year

Location

This role requires working onsite in our Dallas office two days per week.
