Dentist Care Manager.

Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of contact with dentists, prosthodontists, orthodontists, and other dental professionals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing doctors, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving doctor's queries and ensuring their satisfaction.

Receive and accurately process doctor orders, ensuring effective communication within the dental lab.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of dental products to doctors, while keeping them informed about order progress.

Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors to ensure their expectations are met and maintain high standards of quality control.

Generate leads, prepare quotations, and present product offerings to potential doctors.

Maintain comprehensive doctor records, including order details, communication history, and special requirements.

Prepare periodic reports on doctor interactions and feedback.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the dental lab sector.

Provide insights to the management team to enhance doctor offerings and overall service quality.

Proactively identify and address doctor issues or concerns, collaborating with internal teams to find appropriate solutions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline) is preferred.

Prior experience in customer service or doctor-facing roles, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry, would be advantageous.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with doctors and internal teams.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing and doctor communication.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.

Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to customer relationship management (CRM) and order management systems.

Knowledge of dental lab procedures, materials, and products is desirable but not mandatory.

A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
